Hey, I'm Nikki Branch
FOUNDER OF WOMEN FOR THE CULTURE
Nikki Branch, Founder of Women for the Culture, Creator of the Mom Boss Blueprint, and Host of the Real Talk with Nikki Podcast brings over 10 years of experience in business and empowerment. She began her career by founding the Nikki Rich Agency, where she worked with renowned brands and artists such as VH1, 50 Cent, Fabolous and so many more. With experience in social media and model management, marketing, and graphic design, she's also played a key role in promoting Haircredible Hair Care, sold in Target and beauty supply stores nationwide.
Driven by a passion for empowering women, Nikki launched Women for the Culture in 2019, a thriving online community that has grown to over 30K women across social media platforms. A Women's Empowerment Life Coach, proud mom of three, working mom, and fiancée, Nikki is dedicated to inspiring women to discover their true potential and elevate their lives.
