Anytime I'm feeling stressed, I pause and do this one minute reset. It's simple and you can do it anywhere you are.
Life is always life-ing. We have to find a time in our day to reset our energy and get our focus back in order. Meditation should be easy and not feel overwhelming.
Don't approach it as a task. Look at it as something that will renew you and give you joy and make space for what you actually want to do and focus on.
Give this one minute reset a try and see how often you can incorporate it in your day.
